Tyres icon in 2004

Hello!
I watch last time some F1 races from 2006 and I see that: [screenshot.sh] [screenshot.sh] [screenshot.sh]
I think, how I could add only this tyre icon(because flags could be to hard). Well, I see this icons after driver victory in gp4 race with digital 2004 graphics, from gpxpatch, so I think it could be possible, but I don't know how to do this. Any suggestions?
