From page 1, in the rules :
22) Calendar
The calendar has 14 tracks. The following 8 tracks are always on the calendar: Interlagos, Melbourne, Monza, Spa-Francorchamps, Montreal, Silverstone,
Suzuka and Emmelord. For the remaining 6 venues all participants of the GPGSL can vote with a top five of their choice. The 6 tracks with the most votes will end up on the calendar, unless another track of this country is already in the calendar. In this case this track is skipped. Melbourne is Round 1, Emmelord is Round 14, the remaining venues are chosen at random. Oval tracks and tracks with known bugs will be excluded from the calendar.
It just wouldn't be right to not have Suzuka in the calendar....
