White tyres and steering wheels - weird error

Hello guys, I'm using a fresh original 2001 cars.wad with some own cars and helmets. I did NOT edit the tyres or the steering wheels, there are still the original files in it. After starting a race all tyres and steering wheels are white at all cars. The error might be caused by TeamEditor 3.5, because I've updated some positions there. When clicking "Apply all changes" after about one minute the error message "Lecture au-dela de la fin de fichier." appears. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
