Can you guys tell me where these trackpacks and mods are located

Is there a TSM 2008 trackpack around?
A 2009 mod, but not fsone`s.
The 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2010 trackpacks and mods.
A 2003 and 2004 trackpack for TSM

Believe this thread will probably be your best bet. I'm unsure of the last time it was updated, but the google spreadsheet linked in OP in that link contains pretty much every track and mod ever released for GP4
