How to install fictional car skins?

I`m unsure how I install them. Can anyone walk me through the steps? There for the 2008 and 2007 season.

First of all.
Is this a stand alone mod or CSM.
Next you will have to associate the car shapes with the fiction tex files and install them either in the cars.wad or the files in CSM.
