18 DNF's are allowed (only TSA and GGP finishing the race), so you can run the race Tobi.

As long as you make yourself and Milos finish Tobi I'm happy you do it :D

I'd laugh if he ends up instead making it somehow that all 22 cars finish, better yet if some of them have problems and still get them fixed.
