Certain mods not working!

Hello Guys! I managed to install GP4 on my pc which has Windows 10. I keep having issues with these certain mods all created by the same person. They load up and then there is a black screen and nothing happens.
The mods are:
1996
2007
2011
2015

have a look at the graphics file. mine was set to higher resolutions, so swapped the file with ones from mods that are working. yer never know it might fix it !!!!
