i bought it but the game keeps crashing to desktop in game.

i can manage a few metres of practice and happy hour but no qualy or race. just goes straight back to windows and i get an error report thing.

any advice?

hmmm card drivers.. are you using OpenGL or Direct3d?

I wud guess updating the drivers, and if it still happens turn down something like the ammount of cars it draaws in the distance, lower it, u see less of the cars but it runs better

128mb GeForce 4 MX/440 (not sure about the driver 4.2....????)

it will run in qualy etc but it cant cope with races. i have managed to do a few race laps but as soon as somthing happened ahead of me, it crashed.

somtimes it goes straight back to desktop, somtimes just a full restart.

!!!sigh!!!!

its a brilliant game(from what i have made out of it so far)

i will try and decrease all the graphics options for now until i can get the new detenator driver. i only have a weeny 28 000bps connection because i live out in the sticks!!!

If ur using a voodoo card it will crash (not supported with X9)

got it sorted now. downloaded the new driver and it goes a treat.
