Logitech Momo Racing Force Setup

Hi,
Just setup Momo wheel with correct driver, lgs_510x64, and the wheel now shows force feedback led (RH).
Is there a walk-through for getting the wheel setup in GP4?
I have basics working now but would like to setup options with the buttons. Strangely the breaks come across as on the IRZ axis, but now work.
