New Mega Patch

Firstly, if you didn't know, there's a 2003 "Mega Patch" over at gp4italia.gpx.it
Has anyone downloaded it and ran it yet. I've downloaded it but there's no easy "try and trash" (i.e. it can't be run without a full new intall etc)
I'm loathed to start from scratch incase.
A. It's a poorer version than what I've got currently.
B. If I don't like it and want to go back to my current version, GP4 being GP4 won't run as well.
C. Like bits and end up spending hours mixing and matching rather than racing!

i did.. i install the patch but first i made a copy of the game in other folder and install the patch there.. for sure i like the new sound and the videos, other things... nahhhhhh!! i take the video and sound folder and put it on my good one... it run better than ever!!

I hate to spam about my app... but when you put it in CSM you can try it out, without screwing up your gp4..
Don't get me wrong...
the main perpose of CMS was to have different carsets without which lets your gp4 stay 100% intact.
So you could try it out (the program AND the carset), and if you are having any kind of troubles let me know, i'm happy to help.
