Team Editor Error

When I attempt to open Team Editor version 3.5, I get an error. Here is a link to the screenprint:

Message says : "Incorrect Filename"

This downloads a file 'cleanTEkey(1).bat". How do I execute that file and/or what program opens it?

Ran the new file. Attempted to open the TE3.5 again. Now a new error(?). [www.mediafire.com]

"File access not granted"
It seems you are not logged as administrator on your computer.
Maybe running Team Editor with option Run as administrator could help (not sure anyway).
