Binkw32.dll error

Hi guys,

I have a problem...whenever I try to download a mod I get the message that the binkw32.dll is not correctly installed in the windows or windows system directory.
I'm going crazy and I do not solve this on my own.
I am playing gp4 with CSM 2001 cars and it works fine but I cannot upgrade it because of this error.

I hope anyone can help me with this.

Thanks for the answer.
I downloaded the binkw32.dll and copy en paste it in the windows/32 folder and I get the same terrible message.
Where can I find the FAQ...sorry for this question but I am a nobody with computers.

also you could try type "regsvr32 binkw32.dll" (without quotes) into the Command Prompt and press Enter.
