Fanatec CSW v2 has no force feedback when wheel is turned

wonder if anybody can help me. i have the csw v2 from fanatec. before i had the v1 and racing was so great with gp4. now i use v2 the ff is very strong, as long the wheel is centered or just slightly turned. but as soon as i turn the wheel more there is no feedback at all. there is like a fierce spring that pulls the wheel back to center but i checked my settings. there is no spring or damper involved.

it ruins the driving experience very much, so if somebody could help, thanks already. oh and in other sims its fine.

Anyone? I guess it has something to do with the spring setting? Does anyone know if i can disable spring in gp4?

Does it have ffb in other sims?
Also, do you have more usb game controllers? I think GP4s ffb only works on the first controller. You can check this by disconecting other controllers. Hope this helps
