Sorry if this was already discussed but the OP says we are using a Classic layout for Silverstone this year - which layout exactly is planned and why the change?

I'm assuming the previous layout before they changed to the 2010 layout. As for the reason, I'm not entirely sure as to what it could be for.

Ah right well it will be interesting to see how it goes. Perhaps for future seasons we can just have a vote before each season for which Silverstone version we use? I thought that, from GPGSL and my own experience, Silverstone 2011 could provide good races.
Also, have we used any classic layouts in the past in the GPGSL? I know about Kyalami and Imola, but I sort of have a recollection that we used classic Zandvoort or Osterreichring one year but I can't find any evidence of it.

Fairly solid race for JHR, very happy that Gareth managed to pick up a couple of points in his final outing for us

Due health issues Greidanus Grand Prix will pull out of the series at the end of the current season. Ruben Greidanus shall also retire as a competitor and member of the GPGSL Governing Body. End of statement.
