I would do if I could actually get GP4 to run

AI errors and pitstops should be setup correctly. I might need reminding if there's owt else that needs altering....

With the work on the mod that you guys do, I'm starting to think that peoples' inactivity is more of a punishment for you than it is for them.

Perhaps people who fail the check more than once should be made to do something that contributes to the running of the series, because clearly they don't care about their overall performance...

Then we take the most rational, level-headed solution...hunt them down, lock them in a room and force them to do menial tasks until their brains melt and their eyes crust over.

If anything, I think that's lenient.

If only it was that easy *sighs*

It's true that driver swaps are always a hassle, both for the mod creator and the perf creators. But there's no real alternative that comes to my mind.

And for clarification: Of course the SCR driver swap will only come into effect after the US GP. Yet a rather prompt announcement from SCR would be appreciated.

You have to understand him, Ruben. Our test driver's been refusing to come out of his cockpit for two days (well, he got out to eat sth or stuff). He even slept in there. The pitcrew has installed a red light in front of his cockpit which will turn green on fp-start. Guess what he's watching the whole day?

Have to admit though, he's way more focussed than I'll ever be. It's a bit frightening but in the end the whole team can profit, because... Hey, did anyone call for pizza? Have to go, sry.

What about this?

- First warning: a 50 point perf penalty
- Second warning: forced retirement from the series for the remainder of the season. Members will be allowed to return the following season.

OR

- First warning: a 25 point perf penalty
- Second warning: a further 25 point perf penalty + demoted to tester for the rest of the season
- Third warning: forced retirement from the series for the remainder of the season. Members will be allowed to return the following season.

I don't really see the big difference to now, Ruben. The driver changes will still remain and the only thing is that the penalty is a bit higher. But the workload for it still stays the same.
