How many warnings is it now for the three being penalised? And worse part is, with Mal being penalised it'll also hurt SCR in some way, so that won't be good for SCR's drivers.

For Rico and Mal, it's the first penalty. for Tommi it's the second. Hence, TNR will have to replace him as a race driver for at least 2 races from the next race onwards (with next, meaning after Monza).
Rico's absence is indeed worrying. He said he'd be off for 3 weeks and now 6 weeks have passed without a sign. At least Mal was active in other topics, so he should be back without another penalty.
@Greg: The effects for SCR are bigger than those for the SCR drivers. As per rules, SCR will receive a WCC points reduction and Mall will receive a normal perf reduction.
