GPaedia update for 1994 mod

GPaedia for the 1994 mod 2.0 by Konstantin, Diego, Tony et al.
created with GPaediaMaker 1.29 as user format and with CSM/TSM compatible str menu files.
All five languages, team11 selection and trackspecific gps files are supported.
Source files (CSV and INI) for GPaediaMaker are included.

With 5 possible team11 and a lot of driverchanges the archive contains 330 gps files!
The missing trackmaps are included as gpi files, countrymaps too.
Read the Gp4form.txt for details. Some tips for corrections of 1994mod mistakes are also given there.
