Little help with a graphics file i downloaded!

I downloaded MajorToms BRILLANT f1graphics.cfg file, and boosted my framerate by 12 fps, thankyou very much tom, but it took away my overlay (the rpm bar, time, postion, adn that stuff that comes up on your screen while on t-cam view) in the game and i cant get it back, i looking through the f1graphics.cfg file but i couldnt find the command....please help i really want it back

change the first row in f1graphics.cfg 1 to 0 and then you can put overlays
back in the game ->options->graphics menu

Where can I download MajorToms f1graphics.cfg file. It sounds quite good.
