Changing track names

Sorry if this sounds a little bit simple but how do I change the gand prix names in the track selection menu? Where you can select the track to race in? I've done it before, I'm pretty sure, but now I Can't remember...

Do you want to change the tracknames in game or do you want to drive on another track than the 17 original tracks in GP4?

Simply changing the track name IN the game, in the track selection menu.

They are in GP4\MenuData\PC\GP2001\ in .gps files.
Just open the one for you language with a text editor and search for the track name you want to edit
Take care to keep any weird character !

You can use GPxTrack, by copying the .ini file from gpxpdata\track\gp4\ to circuits\ and changing the track name in it.

And what about changing drivers names?
Original and saved games in nam archives.

I've changed the gps file in menudata\PC\GP2001, and everything is ok except for the drivers names.

Well, I finally managed to change them. I used TeamEditor and problem solved

You can use the performance .txt file with GPxPatch to change them.
