ZAZ tools doesn't load 2013 mod - SOLVED ;-)

I solved this by enabling all startup items on boot.
Something was needed by ZAZ to run.
I was running a bare start up because I went from 4 ai cars (95 cpu occupancy problem and slowdowns) to 14 in Assetto Corsa(smooth as butter) when disabling the startup items but it seems ZAZ needs something to run.
Anyway ,got it working now.
After 3 attempts lol.
