Tyre Wear levels for 50% race distance!

This is an UNTESTED addon and no need to mention u should backup your original "circuits" folder.

What I did, is doubling the existing "Tyre Wear" values for each track.
Following the Volcan logic, it should make the tyres wear more faster ie. more accurate for 50% race distances.

If it doesn't work, well, **** happens.

I think this is really useful and there is no more one stoppers for sure!
I felt the car loosing grip after some 7-8 laps in Magny Cours - I'm not sure does this also aplies to CC cars?
