Oh no need to get the judge involved.

It would have just been nice to at least been dropped a PM before being left to find a new test driver for a back of the field team in the midst of silly season....

So there's a test seat at JHR for S10 now so that's a thing if anyone's interested.

Sorry Jack I thought our deal was just for season 9, but you're right about the pm, sorry about that

The rules are clear in this regard. If both team and driver agreed to a contract for next season, the contract can only be cancelled if both sides agree. It seems this is the case, but just for clarification, Jack, you can insist on keeping Giovanna for S10 and if she still insists on going to ONE then, she'll get a perf penalty for contract infringement.

Thanks for your trust, I will not betray the team and mecanics.
I'm glad to drive again with my good friend Carlos, my teammate in GPGSL-3 with VTR Racing. Hope we can do in GP4 what we did in GP3.
Looking forward to new season...
but first finish this season with my dutch teammate Rico and score some points for the One Team.

C'mon Rico let's take a win and some podiums to finish this season.

Well. Silly season definetely appears to be in full swing.
