Updated Yas Marina and Bahrain tracks

Hi

I would like to download the updated Bahrain and yas marina tracks from GP4 forever as I have registered there however I could see that the tracks could be downloaded only by sending a PM to Jcrani. I have sent a PM to sent a PM to him however there is no response from him. Could anyone please give me the download links for the above mentioned tracks?
