Included are the correct countrymaps (17 gpi files).

GPaedia for 1997 mod V2

This version fixes a problem with some Unicode characters that caused many display mistakes mainly in french and italian gpaedia.
GPaedia files are recreated with GPaediaMaker 1.22 using a new routine for read/write UTF-16LE text files.
