Realistic Qualifying

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to have more realistic qualifying. I don't mean the knock-out style, I just mean spacing the cars so they go out at random points. Because the GP4 default is to have a group go out, do a lap, and come back in, (The track is now empty) before the next group go out. Would it be possible to space them out randomly? :/
