shadows,lightning on tyres can i set it to off

hallo
i put new tyres on my car and rims.perfect but the shadow or lightning on the tyres are
little wrong.so i will set the shadow or lightning on tyres to off.
can i do this in the "f1graphics"file.i found not it.
