That is incorrect.
For CSM you have a separate tracks folder. For example: D:/Grand Prix 4/Tracks/Name of your track <-----This folder contains the wad, the dat, the loading screen if there is one, the settings.ini and the default magic data (TMD)
A track profile file is required by TSM to load the track, select the track profile from the front page of CSM.
Here is a part example profile ini file used by the GPGSL:

[Tracks]
Track1=Melbourne 2006\settings.ini
Track2=Surfers Paradise\GPGSL-S7\settings.ini
Track3=Suzuka\GPGSL-S7\settings.ini
Track4=Montreal\GPGSL-S7\settings.ini
Track5=Road America\GPGSL-S7\settings.ini
Track6=Paul Ricard\GPGSL-S7\settings.ini

This file is created in notepad and named tracks.ini and placed in the tracks folder, more than one profile can exist under different names. Once the file is in the correct folder, CSM can read it and load the relevant tracks listed in the chosen profile.

A track listing can also be added to the mod globalvars file.

If my memory serves me correctly, there is information on using TSM to load tracks in the GP4FAQ pinned topic.

Could be that the mod is forcing a particular dat to load. That pic is definately a wrong wad file for the dat file. Patrick, press "8" and see what track map is shown when it looks like that.
