Maybe some thing to do with your graphics set up individually because I've checked on my system and every thing works fine ... have you tried both links just in case?
\may even be file corruption on download. Try the second link posted here by rracunis.

@Isaint : I just look your shape and i must said the shape is looking good. But there is a strange thing. If you take :

Front fin + front wing : 25656 polygons
Car without front fin and front wing : 27215 polygons

So i decided to look your front fin and i find a bug on it. I made a screen to show you.
On the back part of the fin all polygons are duplicated.

Normally on the 1 picture, if i delete some polygons i don't watch other polies behind, but in this case i see them. So i decided to delete some polygons (picture 2) to see if they are some involvement with your shape and the answer is no (picture 3).

Else maybe you can optimize your front wing and front fin to use less polygons. That Reduce the size of this shape and maybe the loading in Grand Prix 4 if we have a lot of big shape.
In my example you use 95 polygons where i use only 4. This is a vertical surface not a curb so it isn't necessary to use so many polygons

Oh wow my friend! Some deep exploration there. Yes you are right ... too many polygons for sure. I wanted more detail in the support struts but on the end-plate, I guess probably laziness and the fact that my computer has no trouble with these heavy lods. You are correct though, my 'bad' will keep an eye on it in the future.(Y)

I really appreciate the time taken to include lower LODs.

My PC just can't hack it anymore.
