I'm using Csm so i know better how it work with it,and if use csm you have to go in the main folder of the mod and there you will find a folder called LoadingScreens.
if use default gp4 you will find them in Grandprix4\Maps\Resources\Loading

It's in the track .WAD file, under maps\resources\trackmaps.
