I warned you guys... This is a long track .. Like LeMans 24 hours version... I had same problem with it..

for the AI cars crash during the race try this alt. dat with safer cc-lines at Turn1 (same link at first post)

Cars running out of fuel you mean? I tested the track a lot of times and the cars should have at least fuel for another lap or two. Which physics file do you use?

No cars are not running out of fuel...i meant to say that a lot of cars do not finish due to accidents
i'm not using a specific physics file...just the original one....and you?

Delete Romain Grosjean's car from your wad. It should solve your problem...
