A little bit of info pweese?

Hello, I just want to know 1 thing before I get GP4.
I had a mod on my old version of GP4 (before my disk broke) and I able to change the Drivers (and teams?) names. I was also able to watch full AI races.
Now, I want to know if I can do those things on a normal copy of GP4 before i get it again.
P.S I had it over 4 years ago so I m not sure whether that came as a default.

As for changing names. I'm not too sure as i always change them using team editor
