You need to report the guy to Ebay for copyright infringement and insist they remove it. They will think twice about taking stuff from him in future.

Thx to Codemasters having exclusive right for for latest F1 seasons even all free releases on this forum are illegal and informing Codemasters about it might shut down this whole site.. This is also reason why any serious modding team aren't working on any modern F1 mods for rF.

... why is that I never played the f1 2010 and 2011 by Codemasters on the one hand they have reason to (have the rights of the FIA), from another perspective, it is good to see that the "old game" GP4, it still makes for biting envy, many people, Codemasters never have, the mystic, and the prestige of GP4......

100% same with rF, F1CC, Track Mania, Need4Speed, GTA, Mafia, LFS, GTR, RACE, and many other games with reasonable easy ways of modding it.. That email I posted wasn't even for any GP4 modder but the message in it should be notified even in here. Specially if blaming that moron on ebay for a crime which is not really any bigger than most of people on this forum are doing. Still its worth of informing ebay about all fishy actions.

It's a really shame but the really problem is that a lot of people have not been able to create a Mod so they run to buy this bullshit......
I think this problem was less obvious when the modder released a complete F1 season mod but unfortunately because of problems about permissions it has become a really challenge to fill in a mod ...

As a GP4 player from years back things are a hell of a lot eaisier to mod now, but it took me about a couple of weeks to get my personal 2012 mod up and running. Unfortunatly there will always be those who can't/won't do their own mod and there will always be people ready to take advantage.

I have been 'away' for a few years so I don't know what has gone on, but as far as I see it until the modding community can put differences aside and agree to their works being used in Season Mods then this will be a big problem. I'd share my set if I could BUT...............

I confirm, minch1 and onlybusinessonline2010 are the same person, I am the administrator of the italian forum. The mod is mine, and I sent it just for my users, but he put it on ebay. I have contacted him to remove the insert, but nothing happened. I report this on ebay so many times, but nothing happened again. I don't know what to do and i'm feeling angry and sorry for this
