2012 CSM Empty Mod - help needed with Steering Wheels - FIXED

I'm using the 2012 empty mod and would like to put in a new steering wheel.

This is driving me nuts, as no matter what I do I cannot get the damn thing to appear in game even though I've downloaded several wheels.

My Ideal wheel would be to move the Ferrari wheel over from the 2006/07 mod, but this isn't doingnit for me either.

Please, please please, what files go into what folders?
Also the line needed in the csm file?

As always, the best way of tracking which files go where is to install a full mod, there are plenty kicking around, then study the files, I can't remember offhand, as I'm on my laptop and don't have a full mod installed, but at home I always have one for reference, otherwise it drives you nuts

Well I was following the readme file, but for sum reason It just didn't happen for me last night.

But I just had another go and it's worked No idea what I did different though, lol.
