A couple of Indycar track conversions

I had made these conversions for privat use, but perhaps other could feel like driving the circuits...
- Please read:
- The pitlanes are no good, bugs on entering the pits and the pitcrew are not placed correctly, please feel free to improve/adjust/fix them.
- CC-line could be better but tracks are fully drivable
- Thanks to original GP2 authors, Drafi and M. Cervini, R. Scandura and others for use of jams and Skyclad for the 2010 Indycar skins

Claudio did a small adjustment on pitlane and now it looks fine. Thanks for a helping hand
