Ditto. I am still hoping that Mercedes give him a better car for next year, and tbh I don't even think he's arrogant. However the fact remains that the B194 ran in an illegal configuration for several races in 1994.

I'm in agreement there and still think he could do very well if the Mercedes is up to it. I do think he must have known what was going on in '94 but then if you were an ambitious racing driver barely 25 years old what would you do?

Isaint - very well put I think - I'm in the inquisitve group as to how Ferrari got the 5 in a row.

1994 was a crazy year for formula 1, a lot of crap went on during that year. Personally, I'm a Schumi fan, always have been and always will be, the guy has raw talent.
However, the b194 was a peculiar machine. Reading into articles and interviews there was the now famous 'option 13' but how can we know that it had been used?
I'm sure by now with the technological advancements in the 21st century we can be able to see if this 'option 13' was ever used. Plus, numerous cars in 1994 did have electronic aids (Ferrari and Mclaren).

Like I said before, Verstappen was 17 years too late if he were to make a claim, if he wanted to say this, he should've said it back in 1994, would've made more sense.

Sod Benetton. I'm still recovering from hearing the Ferrari's spinning their tyres up on that clip towards the end of the warm-up lap at TI Aida.

isn´t news to anyone that michael always been just another driver. never was and never will be this monster that some people think and say what it is. a good driver, maybe... but definitely wasn´t the guy who takes the car more than can offer.
so much so that whenever he had opponents with cars on equal terms, he lost the title and is really a pity that verstappen had the courage to say this 17 years later...

Michael is a GOD... superhuman

No Gimmicks here. No special buttons ...................... and no sign of Briatore. Against current and younger World Champion, equal car too. Mmm, ...... I guess he can drive and win on his own merit.

I fail to see how you can make that conclusion with the above post. If ROC races don't prove anything, how can you make a point by referencing them? I don't get it.

Okay, let me explain. You see, there you go with the proof-thing, again. I have not mentioned proving anything, these are your words.
The ROC video merely illustrates a certain infamous driver competing in and winning a race without any obvious outside interference. In other words 'fairly'. The reference is there for people to draw their own conclusions.

So your point was, that Michael can win races in a level playing field without cheating. I think that is and always was obvious. If he couldn't then he would never have progressed to F1.
