As i was on the official RF1 Site on the blog i found this. I hope this is not ture and only a damn rumor but read it yourself and say what you think about this.

So I don't think we should be getting worried about it just yet.

The author is a student. Somehow I can't see him being privy to some inside information that the more established journalists (who actually will have informants) aren't.

He's actually proud on his Twitter that his result is top in a Google News search for 'Renault'... :\

So basically, as Locke says, he's just a kid.

To be fair, I knew of the Champ Car/IRL merger before it was announced :P And before half the teams did :P Unusual things can happen, even if this one looks unlikely because of how the informations been presented.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but given his "w00t! Google win!" stance, I suspect it doesn't happen often... like ever.

If he actually had info, he'd post something a bit more specific than "according to a source I can't name, Renault will quit eventually".
