You do find it kinda creeping up on you after the long winter of patient waiting. This winter in particular has been an agonising wait though. Glad it's nearly done!

While I'm looking forward to the new season, I'm not even close to the levels of excitement I used to have. I guess I'm just becoming too boring to be excited :P

I definately can't wait for this season. Schumi's back, possibility of JV coming back, JB champion, Fernando&Felipe in the Ferrari (ha, what do you know, the triple Fs). Best season yet!

Its hard to explain really. I WAS excited, but now I'm sort of used to the whole thing already. With testing (and the masses of info available on the internet) being so widely reported, this has taken all the speculation out of the season and all the sense of anticipation away, for me personally anyways. Also the failure of USF1 and (nearly/probably/who knows) Campos and Stefan have taken away a lot of excitement too. I was really looking forward to some new teams and massive grids again.

I dunno really, I guess it's all worn off already!

you're crazy people :D
its gonnaaa rock !
we had only a 2 horse run for the tittle in 2007 (until the last 3 races really) and 2006 and 2005 and 2004 was ... NIGHTMARE with michael so dominant
AND NOW YOU SAY YOU DONT LIKE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN ! ! !! well, i watch f1 since 1997 . and .................
YESSS I AM MASSSIVELY EXCITED ! !! ! I even changed my day for work from sunday to saturday to be able to watch the racee ! ! ! !COMEEE OOON
it's not in the F1 spirit to say it gonna be boring just because 2 teams are no on the grid !

THere are 1000 reasons to be anxious to the start of 2010 . Believe me , you 'll love it .... 4 sure :P
i know that sport ... i know know when it's gonna be worth it ! ;)

I'm not saying that I'm not going to enjoy it :) I absolutely love F1! Always have and always will. I'm just not as excited about it as much as I normally am because I feel overexposed to the sport over the winter. There should be a restriction on F1 websites that prevent you from visiting them more than once a day lol.

I think it will be DC's year this year. I just know.

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it

LOL! Oh no, do I come across as a fanboy? Uh oh!

I am truly stuck this year... I'd root for Nico, being an underdog when at Williams, as I love Williams... still do, but they are just chubby chasing for points at best. Seems like a dying fare.

I WOULD still follow Nico, except I hate winners or people with a good chance. Now he is at Mercedes, he is less appealing! I like underdogs that can impress. Maybe it's Hulkenberg time?

Sod it. This year I am backing Sauber and Kobayashi!

(And I also think Button is going to surprise and outpace Lewis in Bahrain!)

I think Williams is closer to the Top 4 than most people think.

Agreed. If Sauber are running a bit light as many think then I think Williams are a clear 5th. Perhaps outpaced by Toro Rosso in the opening races, but only because it's the 2009 car with a stretched tank.

This season is looking so exciting because, on paper at least, we have all the ingredients for a real classic. We look set for some epic driver battles, we have classic constructor names returning. And it's impossible at this stage to tell who, if anybody, will have a clear car advantage once the season gets underway. Also, the majority of the teams seem to be pretty evenly matched - picking up where the 2nd half of 2009 left off in that respect. The loss of refuelling is the icing on the cake really.
