oh comon, youve just seen what happened to kimi, contracts mean nothing..

Red Bull have already confirmed Vettel and Webber for next year. Ferrari refrained from confirming anything until they were 100% certain. That indicates to me that Red Bull are also 100% certain. Unless Kimi's fishing around for a drive in 2011, I don't think we'll see him in a Red Bull anytime soon.

Kimi has actually driven brillianty for the second half of the season. Has scored the most points of anyone since Germany in a car that can't quite win races (bar Spa).

Ciroen already have 4 best rally drivers so there is no any reason why they would hire some amateur doesnt matter what he have been doing outside of his rallying "hobby".

Who said anything about him replacing them. Are you making something from nothing?

Im thinking he may do a test in their wrc car. Loeb will be testing a gp2 car incase he will debut at abu dhabi so kimi could just test.

Kimi's manager Steve Robertson said yesterday for Turun Sanomat that they are in deep conversations with 3 teams at the moment and those three have showed interest towards kimi and these three all have won races this season, so that means McLaren,Red Bull and Brawn.Robertson also said contract should be done in next 2-3 weeks.

Well seeing that Mclaren are now saying Kovy could stay with them, and Brawn saying Button is not 100% certain. Maybe Brawn will be Kimi and Nico and Williams Button and Rubens.

so? so did Ferrari and look what happend and like Steve Robertson said RedBull has had contact with them already and I'm pretty sure Mark Webber's contract is easier to break than Kimi's was...actually Kimi's one would have never been able to be broken unless Kimi would have agreed to that.

I't by the way funny that now Ferrari people start praising Kimi so much: Domenicalli said Kimi has done amazing job in the last half of the season and is driving excellently. Andrea Stella said Kimi can do changes and fixes to his car and make better performances behind the wheel without even looking at the data,something that Schumacher never could done without looking at the data...and latest comes from Marc Gene who says in his blog that Kimi is not only top class f1-driver but an unique one too, he wants to thank Kimi from amazing work he has done these last 3 years with them and he says he will miss him not only as an team mate but also as a good frien who he always had good relationship.

Ferraris situation is completely different to Red Bulls. They had 2 drivers contracted but said they weren't confirming the drivers. Red Bull have been far more open and confirmed the drivers a long time ago, and consistently backed this up.
