Holy mutha, that's gonna be good to watch. Hope they chuck an onboard camera on it. :)

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld

I am surprised they are driving that car instead of locking it up on display somewhere and just drive a replica. I wonder how much of the original car there still is in there though.

The sad thing is they are letting a wanker like Hamilton drive it...

He couldn't fetch water for either Senna OR Prost.....

Debatable (though not necessarily disagreeing), but barely any other driver could either to be honest.

Stick it into a museum to just be looked at, or let it loose to do what Senna would have wanted it to do? I'll choose the latter. Let's face it, it is a timeless classic, but even if it's wrapped around a tree, it won't be the only sample still around.

lol, the gearbox broke on the 4th run when Bruno Senna was driving it, so Hamilton won't drive it tommorow ;)

Perhaps "hate" is a bit strong. "Intensely dislikes", "has no respect for", "feels he is hugely overrated"....any of those should do nicely...:)

And beats the current world champion in their 1st year in the same car at more than one or 2 races. Oh and finished ahead in the championship :)

he is overated. you just have to take all the facts in to consideration. if he wasnt overrated, he would be finishing every race in the points this year, showing 'champion' level driving abilitiy to beat 'non champion' drivers in better or equal, and even worse cars then he is in, but he isnt doing that. so he is overrated. Schumi, Senna and other non overated drivers did it, but Hamilton has so far not proven he can do it.

For the dog of a car he has at the moment I think he is showing his World Champion qualities :/

Not much can be said about Kubica this year either huh ;)

^Agreed, pretty much. The Ferrari of '96 and the Tolemans and Lotuses of the mid-80s were nowhere near this bad. The McLaren is, well, an absolute dog, especially by the team's modern standards. Even Force India are edging ahead of them now with the same engine - the car looks ridiculously unpredictable from onboards and it's down some 5-10 km/h in apex speed - no driver on earth can overturn that sort of disadvantage.

I'm not Hamilton's biggest fan but anyone who claims he doesn't have serious talent is deluding themselves IMO. He could maybe do with reigning in the wilder excesses of his style when necessary, but he's a genuinely quick driver and a worthy Champion.
