Sutil did amazing work with heavy fuel load!:) Red Bulls look strong but weather tomorrow could make it lottery.

Webber does, but Vettel should be swallowed up by Hamilton before turn 1. Button's race will be wrecked if he gets jumped by Hamilton too... but then what goes around comes around. Remember back to Barcelona.

As you say though - most of the above counts for little if the weather is funky.

a terrific job by webber, even better considering the fuel loads! i'm hoping for a dry race, but i think webber will be strong in the rain as well.

also, great work by Sutil and Kovalainen, although the large gaps in the middle of the Top 10 flattered him a bit. Hopefully Force India scores its first points, and if it rains, Sutil could get a bag of them.

i wonder if Vettel had some damage after the crash in pitlane, which could have caused him being a bit off in Q3.

This had to be a first real fun qualy of this year with everything changing at every second. I stuck to the 5Live commentary today since i just couldn't handle Legard. It was such madness at the rate everything was happening. Ferrari nearly got Massa out on the wrong tyres! :o!

great job by Sutil!

if it rains, i think Vettel might take it again, hamilton looks good but extremely light, it needs to rain to make his startegy work.

Dry = Webber
Wet = Vettel

Had some pure F1 action today, always good to see :)

Interesting to see the BrawnGP cars so light.

Here's praying for rain tomorrow, can't do the championship much harm and surely will spice up the action in the race :) at this rate, in the dry, only strategy will decide the top4, but there should be some good action behind anyway, as I can see a Sutil or Kovalainen-train behind

There's no equality problem in McLaren. For years, Schumi was declared number one in Ferrari, for years Alonso is nondeclared number one in Renault. Nobody sees these, but when a conflict arise between equally-treated drivers in McLaren it's called equality problem. Those new parts on MP4-24 was in fact scheduled for Hungary. But they managed to produce one set and it's logically right to use them on higher positioned driver's car instead of a one whose future is uncertain due to poor performance.

Liuzzi pretty much confirming he has (i presume) fisichella's seat for next year.

The difference being that Mclaren deny they favour drivers when they clearly do, they have done for years. Mika, Kimi and now Hamilton. It´s really not fair the criticism Kovy gets. I´ll agree last year he was poor, but this year I don´t think he´s done that bad all things considered. Massa screwed up the first few race last year and nearly won it.

As for Alonso being number one at Renault. Two times world champion against Piquet.

I am nowhere near being a fan of Heikki but only extreme naïveness and inexperience with F1 explains the thought of equality in McLaren. To me, after Renault, McLaren is the worst in this case (currently).

yes, that's good. while Fisichella has been great this year (in particular at Monaco and Silverstone), i think it is time for him to retire and give Liuzzi a chance.

However, i remember Mercedes saying they would consider having some input into the team's 2010 driver choice, so maybe di Resta or Paffett are also a chance there.

Vettel just made a mistake. His sectors in Q3 were fine, he just screwed it up. It happens.

Bourdais on the other hand was just pathetic. In Q1, 1.2 seconds covered 1st to 19th. Bourdais was a further 1.1 seconds back.
