Red Bull are changing their reserve from Brandon Hartley to Jamie Alguersuari.

Does this signal Hartley moving, possibly to one of the new entries?

No, I think its that Alguersuari is just better. He has 23 points to Hartley's 3.

yes, i think Hartley needs more time to develop, without having to think about being a reserve driver for now

They are both being groomed by redbull, so they are doing the mid-season switcharoo. It ensures they both get a taste of an F1 weekend.

And onto the points tallys you mentioned Renaultfan, Alguersuari is doing the full season with Carlin. Hartley was only doing the first few races with ?Tech 1? as something to do until the F3 Euroseries kicked off. Brendon is the real deal too!

Due to the voting system in Germany, Governments are always made up of coalitions of different parties. At the last election, an almost unprecidented result saw the CDU/CSU (rough equivilant of the Conservatives) go into Government with the SPD (rough equivilant of Labour)
