Kimi to compete in an official WRC round.

He was actually 3rd amongst other N class drivers before crashing, despite having quite bad engine problems in his Fiat. He even beat his team mate on some stages, despite the problems. Quite impressive for a novice I would say.

Sure he did wear his helmet.. He just loves his oversize hat so much.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

I'm not surprised that he crashed to be honest, he would have wanted to test the limits of what he could do.
