Big disappointment to see a race end like that :(

But of what we got it was pretty awesome though, Glock was great going for the inters

Heads need to start rolling at Ferrari. This sort of behaviour cost them the world championship last year and is now a laughing stock this year.

About Glock, great drive by him, it turns out he can drive in the wet, interesting considering what he did in Brazil last year.

why is it the results are taken from the previous lap?

It just doesnt make sense

2013 - Nando must come through..

Fair enough they did gave him the tyres, but he should've been insistent with the team and tell them that look at what the others are doing. As much as we love his "no @#$%&" attitude, sometimes its just a pain in the backside and then he has to suffer.

Button = EPIC!!
I wouldn't be at all surprised if Button won the WDC this season with ease and i so want him to with the all the bad cars he's suffered with over the years. I loved his performances in '04 and that Jenson had gone away from us over these 4 years, but he's back. GO BUTTON!!!
Well, that was a bit silly, wasn't it? Kinda frustrating as well...I found myself really rooting for Timo Glock there, almost getting the win. Shame.

Ferrari, as I said last week, is a complete joke. KERS failing, stupid decisions on strategy and Massa acting like a 12 year old, WTF?
Does anybody else want to punch Luca Colliani in the face every time he speaks? Or is that just me?

The right result IMHO, although I'd rather see Heidfeld further down the field. Everyone else finished in what I consider the "right" order, given the events of the race up to that point.

For long periods of that race, I had absolutely no idea where anybody was or what the order might be, and I got the sense that the commentators were in the same position. Brilliant!

Agree with you there Joe, The "top" team in the sport is failing epically against the new guys in the sport. What the hell are they playing at. First the KERS just isn't helping and is bogging the car down. They have the two weeks now to analyse everything back at Maranello and get new parts on the car. Biggest thing imo, the KERS even if they don't have the pace without it. They have to gamble now.

Edit: @Lopper: I agree with you on Luca Collijani. As soon as i heard his voice so i was "AWWW NO!!"

Heidfeld just seems to be in the right place at the right time as always. Remember Hungary 06, Spa 08 and now this. I'd call him the Lucky Rain Maestro

Quick question- would this count equally as a win under the whoever wins the most is champ system?

*cough* moron *cough*

your the one not using your brains, as you could see if you watched the beep, eddie jordan saying its the TEAM making these decisions, kimi doesnt know when the rain will fall, how the heck should he know if its a good choice or not. Idiot.

Anyone also thinking about telling Ferrari to fire Kimi and snatch Alonso? ;)

A fun packed race!

From the start, both Trulli and Button made bad starts! What bothered me was how aggressive Button was after and I couldn't watch thinking there goes his front wing! But he and the drivers he was racing did very well and were clean. His move on Alonso was fantastic! Nailed him before the point when Alonso got settled in, if not he would have been behind another lap or two...

Rosberg was faultless, but JB's laps when Nico and Trulli pitted were sensational. After that it was pretty much plain sailing till the rain! Again, the team made good calls and thankfully Button made up enough time to have some leverage with the pitstops and he needed it! imo, by far a much better race for him than any other. I saw an aggressive racer who wants to win, he was very calculated throughout the race and aggressive when need be.

Webber and Hamilton was awesome to watch, both drivers giving it their all, shame about Lewis and whatever problem he had, but for that Mclaren at least KERS is a good help! I couldnt really see any addvantage for Alonso. Webber and Glock made good use of the inters and were awesome to watch!

Shame about Ruben's bad stops, not sure what happened but he kept losing out to Trulli, still gave good racing :)!

Deffo the right call to stop the race and not restart. The conditions got better, but by the time they would be able to safley restart there was nowhere near enough time for full points, and so a restart was pointless :p

Good race, Ferrari 0 points again, and though 15points is not that great we all know how close it can become at the end! If Brawn are able to stay in the top 3 teams by the end, then I imagine these points will become a factor.

Also, by far the funniest thing ive heard all weekend was Buemis radio :p

"Trulli was slowing down like he wanted to have a picnic" LOL
Wouldn't be surprised, the Renault doesn't appear to be performing to well right now

Couple more bad races like this for Kimi and he might start to lose his motivation

his car was on jacks, no tyres on it, mechanics working on it, KERS system failure, so how should he have been able to come back?

I missed Buemi's radio - what did he say?

Could it be funnier than Massa crying for a clear visor though?

2013 - Nando must come through..
Indeed, they said there was a KERS issue with Kimi's car which is why it was in the garage.
