No, it's not the real one :)

I know this might be considered slightly off topic, but this was such a good mock-up that I thought it should be posted here. Looking forward to seeing the real thing.

Not bad! Although the sweeping lines over the screen start to distract me

still a few mistakes in there.

"McLaren have not topped the constructors' standings since 1988"

not a fan of the profiles really either - i can't say i really care what underpants the drivers wear or whether they prefer angelina jolie or keira knightley... ;)

interesting to see the 'worst dressed f1 racer' question. most of them didn't name names, but ralf, liuzzi, sutil, rosberg, jackie stewart and niki lauda all got a vote

;) at Webber calling Rosberg 'Britney' as well

"Angelina Jolie or Keira Knightley?
(Adrian didn't know who Keira Knightley was - he was then shown a photograph)

I don't like Angelina Jolie, she is really not my type and Keira Knightley - I don't know her. Actually neither. Neither are my type!"

Well, that settles that then.

Speak to your ISP. BBC iPlayer streams fine.

Whatever else, the Beeb have done a great deal to try and make the site appeal to the public. The Chris Moyles video in particular is amusing. Bang go any misinformed ideas that the BBC might take a "dull" approach :)

The Angelina/Keira question is a bit badly chosen though, as they're both quite similar in appearance. A better choice would've been Angelina/Jennifer Aniston, for example. Still, I know I'd say "both" ;)

And in typical Raikkonen style, he's the only one to have not answered the questions haha! Ah dear, you gotta love that guy.

You really do. :)

Most of the answers were boring. Mark Webber's was definitely the most interesting. The only one who picked Prost from the Senna/Prost question. The other interesting thing from the profiles is the severe lack of Keira Knightly exposure in the Force India camp. What the hell is going on there?

I really hope the Beeb use the original Fleetwood Mac version of The Chain and not some remixed version. The original still makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up every time I hear it, like the first time almost 24 years ago when I started watching F1. I even play it when I roll up at circuit when I'm racing just to get me in the mood !! :) lol. So much better than the rubish they used on ITV.

The corage looks great too. I wa looking forward to this season just because of the new Regulations but now I can't wait to get going with all the interactive coverage :)

Roll on Melborne !!!!!

There's a trailer on the BBC website (and probably TV too, but I don't watch enough to know) and it fades to the original. :D
