you shouldn't have given the podium places out ;)

...driver 26 (Phil Hill) is driving his Ferrari, at the Oporto (Circuito da Boavista) circuit, for the 1960 GP of Portugal, which was won by Jack Brabham, followed by Bruce McLaren and Jim Clark. Driver 26 retired on lap 30, after an accident

Correct!

I gave the podium places to help it, otherwise we would waste the day with at least ten pages of attempts ;)

Bruno, you've completely ruined and overcomplicated the game. Please stop posting or post some proper onboard shots?

What an overreaction. A lot of people have been posting non-onboard shots and you're having a go at only Bruno. I like his idea. It started out with the track, then the year got added and now also the driver and team. So what? If you're good enough to guess the track, the driver should not at all be a problem in most cases.

I did nothing wrong, in fact some great weblogs I visit out there does have the very same game "overcomplicated" (your words) I had posted, and out of 1000 visitors, 10% (or way more than that, depending of the difficulty of the picture) are able to get it right together (track, driver, year, car).

Its not complicated. IF you are a good F1 fan, you are good enough to find out whats pictured in these shots :)

Rouen?

Now you've got me ;)

I think that its Nordschleife, that must be a Lotus leading the pack in this picture. A 1965 Lotus 25 driven by Jim Clark maybe?

Yes Rouen would have been my first guess too.

I don't remember a brick wall like that on the Nordschleife to be honest... not sure though.

Well if I want to keep betting on 1965 season, then Rouen can be discarded, since it wasnt in the calendar (obviously i am not considering the one off races). It could be either Nords or Spa Francorchamps. Clermont-Ferrand maybe?
