Half the tracks he mentions don't have a "huge history in F1". Phoenix? Las Vegas? Magny Cours has a "huger history in F1" than these, but he complains it's boring? Did you ever see the Las Vegas circuit?

They are still better than Valencia and Singapore.

Well, no. For 2 reasons.

1 - You have never seen races at these completely unfinished circuits before, so could not possibly make such a statement.

2 - Ceasers Palace Las Vegas is actually worse than AIDS.

Even if they are good tracks (I happen to like 2 of the tracks you mention) in general, then they'd be very poor for a modern F1 car. Can you imagine an F1 at Montjuich now? It would be boring as hell. Fun to drive (though the fun bits would all be easily flat-out now) yes, but the race itself would be boring in the same way the racing at Monaco is to many. Las Vegas, Detroit and Phoenix (easily the best American track you mentioned) were all worse than Monaco at what Monaco did. Las Vegas and Detroit were very poor, and that's being kind.

The Valencia circuit reminds me somewhat of the Birmingham GP track, particularly the chicanes and 'wiggles'. That's the extent of the comparison though, is the corner types, since Brum didn't have huge run-off areas and was not in a harbour!

I have to be honest I dont really like it, it just seems to lack just about everything. Its grey and bland, yes its fast I just dont know.

Maybe it will be different at the GP with ads and stuff but just about every corner has run off's so anyone getting it wrong will be able to come back on the track.

far too much room for error. It has a nice flow though and its better than just another 'Tilke-drome'.

I especially like the kink before the final corner, could provide some moments...

Its positive that it doesnt look like most of F1 tracks, even its just because it is "street track". with "" simply because even Melbourne and Montreal are as much street tracks as this thing is.

Anyway.. Every new track after Malaysia have been more or less boring. Great pieces of art (atleast Bahrain and China), but doesnt bring much to me.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?
