Thanks Nick, yeah that workaround was the one I was referring to in Canada.

twas a great race after glocks crash, truly an epic drive today by lewis, thouroghly enjoyed it, although i was worried by his not pitting under safety car!

i want to be happy for Piquet, but i just cant - he was really lucky today to have finished where he did! on the other hand, it takes luck and he capitilised where others didnt. sadly

all i kept thinking was a certain someone on here would be worse than normal, and its proved to be right

He apparently said it to a finnish TV-reporter, but it wasn't an interview. Kovalainen just stormed past the interviewer and answered to his question about the race without even stopping, so it was probaly said in the heat of the moment.

it was the best they could do, why send Kimi out if he was doing so shitty?, i think you are making judgements just because you are a Kimi fan, Massa was the best hope Ferrari had today, Kimi bad qualy and poor race would've make them look even worse, and he wouldn't get the gap Hamilton did anyway

and why Massa pathetic?, Hamilton was on another race, Massa was going to be the clear second, pathetic is Kovalaien, who seems to be disgusted with Hamilton overtaking him once again, and not knowing that the only Reason Hamilton was behind was because Mclaren's mistake, Hamilton trashed everybody today... and Masssa seems to have had problems with the car at the latter part of the race, he still did better than Kimi the whole weekend... but now Kimi fanboys want to blame him... he can't drive 2 cars you know, Kimi should dirve his better

and for those guys who are very excited about piquet and all and are dissing Alonso.. yeah.. enjoy this 15 minutes, cuz next race is BACK TO REALITY

well done for Piquet and all, but it was pure luck

and what on earth happened to Honda?, Jenson was the only one to finish -1 lap.. that was pathetic, and Rubens and David, both of them have more than 10 years racing in f1 that accident looked like if it was from 2 rookies, altough i think Rubens should've lifted

i can't see Ferrari fighting back at Hungaroring, honestly, but i do hope Alonso to be fighting for a clear podium position
Congrats to Piquet!!!! I hope this shuts his critics up for a while...

that is the most dominant drive I have ever seen by any driver ever. lh today was just amazing. if he and mclaren continue in this form lh will surely become champhion this year. he was consistently lapping 7 tenths a lap faster than fm.

I wanted Piquet to win... just to see a new face on the top step. If you watched live timing, you would see in general, when not being stuck behind a slower driver that Kimi was faster, so he didn't suck at all, but I wont argue with you, you are basing your judgements on the result rather then what happend in the race itself, Kimi was faster then Heidfeld, the strategy of staying out worked for Heidfeld (he got 4th, first he was nowhere to be seen) so why wouldnt it work it for kimi?

Yes 2nd Place! By luck but 2nd and just 2 points out of 4th :P I think Kimi's race was bad, he was behind Jarno forever but at the end he was behind again but passed him like it was no issue, so why didn't he do that earlier.
It all comes down one thing. Kimi screwed up his strategy and Felipe was rock solid except for that brake problem (proof is on ITV's press conference). As a "fanboy ;)" i can totally say that ferrari screwed up again imo. Hungary is their best & only option to get back on track

Yeah I thought this was one of Hamilton's best race weekends. From Friday to Sunday put together. He dominated practice, qualifying and the race. Masterful performance and reminded me of Schumi in his prime :)

Don't think it guarentees him any championship though. This championship is quite like last year, where any weekend can suit either Ferrari and Mclaren. And we have a few races coming up, which suit Ferrari, and I'm confident they'll claw the lead back.

I'm not normally one to criticize the ITV crew, but they were extremely poor this weekend. MB and JA made a number of mistakes, the one that angered me the most was proclaiming that the last time McLaren won the German GP was 1999. It was in fact '98 with Hakkinen, Eddie Irvine won in '99.

Don't know if this has been posted, but Kimi's had another run in, this time with a little girl:

Hardly excuses walking off though does it? And yes I can see its mainly the mothers fault, I said kimi had a "run in" not a punch up with a little girl.

Pity sake I've hardly even critisized Raikkonen of anything and your leaping to his defence like i've declared him the rudest man on earth. I can just about see and understand why he didn't stop, but it would have been nice to go back, see if the little girl was ok and give an autograph wouldn't it?

That´s truly disgusting behaviour. Yeah, the women did hit the kid with the folder, but it´s kimi´s elbow that knocked the folder in the first place. And to just walk off when you´ve just knocked a little kid over, even it´s not completely your fault, it´s just wrong in my book. especially when there are cameras around.

About the race. Well, Piquet was extremely lucky, but did very well. Hopefully, he can keep up with Alonso now, this is going to do a lot for his confidence. I was disappointed with Alonso, the guy seems to be driving the car too hard, which is leading to mistakes. Nick was lucky too, but a good result none the less. It pains me to say it but Lewis was just amazing all weekend, in a league of his own.

its just bollocks, its about the edge of spam useless movies like that, even if it was hamilton or anyone, te photographer incident i can get, but this isnt even kimis fault, so why discuss it in the first place? maybe it should have been nice of him to go back, but maybe he just isnt nice at all? that what you wanna hear? now back to the race?

That kimi video is so funny I am laughing my head off, not really his fault.

Ok, you've tried to defend the indefensible and now your accusing me of spam? The thread is entitled, "Hockenheim Grand Prix Vader-Land", this did indeed happen in the German Grand Prix, (not sure about Vader-Land though) and it also involves a F1 driver. How on earth is it different to the photographer incident?

Your losing the argument, I would advise you to stop the over aggressive replies especially when I've tried twice to defuse the argument your trying to create.
