Oh yes, very Senna-esque.

Another annoying race as a Ferrari fan.... Massa, Raikonnen both rubbish for a 2nd race straight.

Lewis: Guys on fire lol, should win the championship just for entertainment.
Piquet: Got lucky but he didnt screw up and held of a pathetic Massa.
Massa: .....
Heidfield: 12th -> 4th, if only he could qualify well he'd be on the podium.

Race was boring to start with but tte SC made it worth watching, not a bad 2 hours.

Great win by Lewis but will he get to keep it? no idea what was said to Kovy but Lewis was the faster driver. By the way though if mclaren did not tell kovy to move then its not team orders.

Ferrari have lost out in the development race thats for sure and they are loosing on tracks they are normally better at.

Well done by piquet yet another poor race by alonso and yet another spin.

That race was almost as good as the previous one, but it was basically since Glock smashed it that it really came alive. Hamilton had pace, Massa didn't. Piquet came out of NOWHERE thanks to that safety car to be in with a shout of victory, but EPIC FAIL for Alonso. 5th to 11th with a couple spins?! No wonder he wants out of Renault. :)

Kovalainen (with angry face) to finnish press after the race about McLaren team orders:

" nothing to say about the race because I can't race freely (against Lewis)"

How do a team ask a driver to move out of the way without it being team orders?

Lovely to see equality at McLaren for the second year running.

what were piquet and massa doing there? it seemed to be impossible not to overtake them.

McLaren probably only told Kovalainen how much faster Hamilton is I would imagine. I still find the fact that you can't use team orders in a team sport is rather pathetic though.

actually, if ferrari let kimi out like mclaren did with hamilton then kimi could have been in front of massa! Kimi lost 4 places with that pitstop. At least he came back nicely ;) Nice run by Hamilton, though its abit chicken what Mclaren did with Kovalainen.. Massa, stupid donkey putting the door wide open for Hamilton.

Lewis would have passed him anyway he has been faster all weekend, if he wants to race freely he needs to be faster. But team orders are not allowed so will see what happens.

ITV are so @#$%& no post race stuff apart from lewis.

Ferrari look awful. It's not that McLaren have caught them up - Ferrari have gone backwards somehow. They've got no balance whatsoever. Clearly at Silverstone you'd have just put it down to it not working in the wet, but it was the same today...

Hamilton and Piquet, good as they were, couldn't have possibly been luckier today.

Great 2nd half of the race by Piquet, but how lucky can you get? He was absolutely nowhere in the first half. It'll be interesting to see if this pushes him on.

Hamilton's pace was good. Clearly a perfect setup there - it was a joy to watch in the stadium section, but he was lucky in that everyone he had to pass essentially let him through. He was going to get them all eventually, but they just waved him past.

Piquet looks apoplectic in the press conference while Lewis was talking. :D

Only Hamilton in the PC too... @#$%& ITV.

Edit: oh yeah, FANTASTIC pass on Button by DC. Shame for Rubens that DC decided to crash into him later on. He was going well. Once more Webber's bad luck curse strikes... can't get a break that guy.

Man of the race... Glock for me with Hamilton a close 2nd. Was he on a 1-stopper? I had to restart my recording when he pitted, so I don't know how long he was fuelled for? He was much, much faster than Alonso and Vettel when he rejoined, so I doubt it. He didn't need a safety car to get his car long-stint car into a strong position anyway. Piquet didn't show anything until the safety car came out, and Hamilton's side of the garage @#$%& up badly, though he recovered well - he made what could have been a critical mistake (again) after his first pit stop, or I would have gone for him.

Oh well, he should learn how to overtake then. If Heikki didn't spend most of his races flapping around the back of other cars making moves that lead to nothing and actually got on with the job, perhaps he would be in a championship position that would mean he gets to stay in front of the potential world championship leader.

Lewis is 30 points ahead of him only lewis is going for the world championship not kovy and now with comments like that he could cost the team.

Kovy was not even in the same race as lewis today why was he not fighting for 1st? when lewis was why did kovy not pass massa at the start of the race he had every chance to.

He did a good move on Kubica though.

The beginning was rather boring, but after Glock crashed, there were fights everywhere!

While Piquet kind of lucked into 3rd, he did a great job on maintaining it (and later second). I think this was what he needed.
