All street circuits are temporary ;-) But I know what you mean. I think it will be more like a street circuit.

Meh kinda. Depends what you define as dedicated. Pretty much nothing all year, then NASCAR/Grand Am rock up, F1 rocks u, then goes back to nothingness. Not a dedicated track in the true sense of the terms, but not a temporary circuit either.

exactly, as you could see in my photo thread, the track is in the same shape all year long, the only difference being some walls and the grandstands being down when there is no racing. Oh, and the sponsor logos as well ;) There actually are only 2 road links between Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and Montréal Downtown
