Until some graduates from A1GP to F1, no. ;)

The standard is so much lower than F1, shown by how many lower ranked drivers (average-poor GP2 and ex F1 drivers) are performing in average-high levels in A1GP. It's just not very good.

not at the moment with the crappy car that they got. But next year with the Ferrari cars, it might bring in higher standards and better drivers.

Yes, it is a breeder, in fact pedigree A1GP cars are bred together to develop thoroughbred drivers. Unfortunately the only "success" so far has been Nelson Piquet Jr.

Scott Speed did the first few A1GP races before he moved to F1, and we all know how well that went.

Its not going to be a direct feeder to F1 in the near future, but I could see it becoming an option before moving to GP2.
